President

Rob’s passion and interest in evolving technologies and the remote worker lifestyle led to the creation of RW Networks. Incorporated in 2002, the company strives to stay on the cutting edge of network technology. As a Professional Engineer, Rob’s career has taken a diverse and interesting path. His entrepreneurial drive, combined with a background in project management and consultative sales, has seen him provide his expertise to such companies as Intergraph Systems, Mobile Data International, Motorola, MDSI, Westbay Instruments and Mobile Computing Corporation.

Rob has worked with wired and wireless technologies for well over 20 years and has been a remote worker for the past 10 years. His association with Solunet Inc., a leading provider of Wide Area Network technology enables RW Networks to provide customers with a best of breed product suite at competitive prices.

Rob knows the challenges faced by today’s remote workers and small business owners. He has lived it and survived!

Jane Weiss
Business Manager

Jane’s background is in Physical Education and Sport Administration. During her career, Jane has worked with The City of Calgary, The University of Calgary, BC Special Olympics and the BC Volleyball Association. She brings her considerable marketing and administrative experiences to RW Networks.

Jane believes that remote workers are "living a dream" and her goal is to help others enjoy the benefits that the remote worker lifestyle can bring.

Rena Coe

Rena joins us with over 20 years of marketing experience. Rena began her career with the Bank of Montreal in Commercial Marketing. When the bank formed a joint venture with ADP Services, Rena implemented performance management and customer training seminars for the computerized services of ADP. As the company expanded, Rena managed the operations focusing on sales, customer services and technical support; exceeding sales quotas and obtaining record business retention.

Throughout Rena's career she has found that listening, communicating and humor are of major importance in providing exceptional service.
